1. What you are buying

A subscription grants one TradingView username access to the Apsis Chasm invite-only script and to the members' area of the Apsis Discord for the paid period. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

2. Educational software

Chasm is an analytical tool. It does not provide personalised investment advice, trade recommendations or signals tailored to you, and Apsis is not a registered investment adviser or commodity trading advisor. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Risk

Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Marks produced by the software are events observed in past data and do not indicate future events or results.

4. Trial, billing and cancellation

The trial lasts seven days and requires a payment method. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription converts to the plan you selected and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period. The trial is the refund period; fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Access and availability

Access is granted manually to the TradingView username you provide, normally within 12 hours. Availability depends on third parties, including TradingView and Discord, which we do not control. We may update, modify or discontinue features.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile or extract the script's source, or use the service to violate TradingView's or Discord's terms. We may suspend access for breach.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and Apsis is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
